McDonald's

Pleasantly surprised. The restrooms were very clean and actually really nice inside. Wasn't expecting a renovated bathroom. The service was great, also. The girls there were very nice. I didn't wait long for my drink and they were all polite and told me to have a good day. It was an unexpectedly good experience here! Thanks girls.

Terribly slow service. One time I ordered a medium milkshake, that’s it, and they gave people there food that ordered way after me, and they ordered more stuff too. There work ethic is terrible. There bathrooms are disgusting. There was pee on the floor. The stall was littered with toilet paper and it is tiny. The tables are gross and rarely ever get cleaned, and it’s not common where you have to clear the trash of the other people that sat at the table. There are too many people going in to that McDonald’s as it is right off a main highway, but there is no room to fit all the people coming in, they removed seating to fit in the big touch screens to order, and they barely ever work. They should of thought of how big they should’ve built the McDonald’s.

My experience with my boyfriend and his girls was the worst!!! They not only forgot part of the girls happy meals but the service was exceptionally slow!! The young girls behind the counter looked at me as I stood at the counter waiting to get the missing pieces and talked about their weekend. When I finally caught her attention it was as if I was bothering her and she didn't understand what I was asking. They did not give us straws or napkins so my boyfriend had to get back up and yet again, the service was slow!! What should have been a 30 min stop turned into OVER an hour!! This is not the first time that I have been to the Trenton location and every time it is the same slow and disorganized service. While I understand that it takes time to prepare 4 meals and continue serving other customers, there needs to be more training on how to prioritize with a focus on customer service!!! I have NEVER had such an awful experience as I did today. By the time my boyfriend got everything the girls needed their food was cold and they didn't enjoy eating it and my boyfriend's food also became cold. I would be more then happy to come back to the Trenton location and TEACH the staff how to give great customer service that would actually bring in customers instead of talking about weekend plans!

Good staff, quality and consistency of food. Love their coffee, but often have to opt for Tim Hortons due to long wait times inside and drive through. Also, early morning orders in drive though on many occasions have taken about 15 minutes to get my order, making it too much of a gamble to go to before work.

Worse McDonalds I have ever been at. Was just looking for a quick snack, fries and tea. Tea sat on back counter for 15 mins while I waited for fries, then when fries finally came, I asked for fresh tea. They set my fries on back counter, and proceeded to serve another customer...I asked for a refund.
