This mall has been here since I was a kid, and I've seen the various renovations throughout the years. It was never a super busy mall. It offers decent selection, with Walmart, Marshall and Bay as anchor stores. It also has a Cineplex arcade. I think offering more specialty fast food restaurants would attract more customers inside the mall. There's a new IHOP outside the mall too, which is helpful. They don't have the high-end retailers or electronics stores.

Great mall, clean, lots of options, lots of free parking. Great food options with large spacious visually appealing food court; very modern, lots of seating, lots of natural light, even outdoor balcony seating. Great movie theater attached as well.

I visited Erin Mills Town Centre recently to get passport-sized pictures taken at Shoppers Drug Mart. They were able to accommodate my request promptly, which was convenient. While waiting for the pictures to be processed, I took a stroll around the mall and was pleasantly surprised to find it slightly larger than I had anticipated, with a decent range of stores and a pleasant atmosphere. After about 15 minutes, I picked up the pictures, but unfortunately, the photographs did not meet the expectations of the passport office requirements, which I discovered later. Thankfully, the issue was resolved without any major complications, so I have no regrets. However, I haven't had the chance to return to the store to discuss the picture quality. Parking at the mall was easy to find, even on a weekend, which made the visit convenient.

The place was spotless, no garbage, everything clean and well lit. Washrooms well maintained. A wide variety of stores to shop and browse.nnReason for 4 stars: aroma. There were so much air smells from various stores, it was like walking through perfume samples. No aroma was bad, but after a bit of time gave us a headache

Cute, cozy mall. Offers an enjoyable shopping experience without the stress of being over crowded. Also, easy parking.nnA suggestion to add Muskoka chairs to the middle, circle area. They are so comfortable! : Perfect for a shopping break, while sipping on a coffee. Then, more shopping!
