Outstanding customer service. The staff really go out of their way to be accommodating and explain all their services thoroughly. During my appointments, I never feel rushed and I feel like they really care about my family's financial goals. Pam and Sanjeev were great!

I’ve been dealing with this bank for about a year now, and I can say the customer service is outstanding. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but very friendly and polite. They go above and beyond to make sure my experience is very pleasurable.

I had a good experience and found the staff was friendly. I have accounts with other banks and this bank seems to already do more. They offered a free account with e transfers. I would recommend it. I was at a event there and had a good experience. I learned about things that do not even involve banking but would help us in life. They offered their time.
