Envision Eye Health Clinic Optometrists

A walk in doctor determined I needed an urgent referral to an ophthalmologist. Dr. Banga then refused to refer me to an ophthalmologist unless I spent nearly a thousand dollars on glasses for mild nearsightedness and a repeat eye exam nearly two weeks after I just had an eye exam. I don't appreciate being extorted if I want to access free, public health care.

Super friendly, professional setting and very helpful staff. Dr. Loose is a pleasure to deal with.

I recently took the whole family to see Dr. Loose at Envision. I have always had a pleasant experience here, and this was no exception. I was most impressed with the way Dr. Loose and his amazing staff treated my four children aged 10-18 by tailoring their engagement to really connect with each of them and ascertain their individual needs. Even though I was able to tag along for my youngest's entire visit, all of the conversation was between staff and patient. I love how each of us are treated with the same level of respect and care every time we visit. Thank you Dr. Loose and thanks to your amazing team!

Doctor and staff is pretty good here. Went here for my mother 1 year ago. All the spots were full but doctor called us in his break time and checked my mother's eyes in his breaktime. Really appreciate for your service and thinking about emergency case. Strongly recommend this place

Not only is Dr Loose wonderful to deal with and easy to communicate with but, the office staff is absolutely fabulous too. The customer service here is top tier!

I googled optometrist in Prince George and saw that Envision Eye was one of the highest rated. I decided to book an appointment online which was super easy and I was responded to within hours of my application. I went to Envision for a routine eye exam and was so happy with everyone I spoke to in the pre-exam, eye exam and selecting glasses. Everyone was so incredibly kind and genuine, and I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and while trying on glasses. Dr. Shrimpton answered all of my questions and was very pleasant making for a very comfortable and informative experience. The ladies at the front desk were amazing and helped me decide on a pair of eyeglasses that looked the best for my face. I have recommended Envision Eye to my family members and would definitely come again.

A few years ago I went to see these people due to a blood shot eye so I thought after a quick exam the Doctor knew what it was and sent me straight to hospital to find out I broke a blood vessel in my eye , due to high blood pressure . Been very thankful for Envision and their care that day for my overall health. I will not go anywhere else due to the care that I received that day . THANK YOU . Bought 2 pairs of glasses from here after an eye exam. Could see better with my old broken glasses. Went and talked to them about it and was told I needed special progressive lenses. I call BS I see quite well with my old glasses which are not progressive. They are just broken. Oh by the way the progressive option is very expensive. I gave up and threw both pairs of glasses in the garbage. A waste of time and more importantly money. I have to wait 2 years before my benefits will pay for glasses again. I will definately not be going here again.

Couldn't be more pleased with my visit! The Covid protocols are very safe, the staff is super friendly and supportive. Dr. Budac explained things very well, and gave excellent suggestions based on my eye condition. I would definitely recommend Envision to everyone.
