Won't be shopping here again. I often buy vitamins here if I don't have time to wait to order them online, but that is it. The produce is always old and wilted or soft, the frozen foods are always freezer burnt, and the drinks and milk are always expired or taste spoiled due to not being kept cold. Lastly, you can get all of the same items (at a better quality) for a fraction of the cost and free shipping if you order enough on well.ca or naturamarket.ca.

Awesome selection and great customer service. Really nice variety and atmosphere. A bit crowded, as they are so busy, but that's a good thing.

A really great staff and the best selection of healthy and organic products in northern BC. Prices are good and quality is great. Generally shop here twice a week for years now.

The staff at Ava Maria's are truly amazing! Each one of the are very helpful and informative. We walked in looking for MCT oil as we heard of Keto Coffee and thought we should try that to help with burning fat. We couldn't find MCT oil anywhere else in town so thought we should check with our locally owned Specialty Health Food Store...Ava Maria's. We walked in looking for 1 item and walked out with an assortment of amazing products that are all geared to kick start our 2018 healthy lifestyle change. Our family is going to get back to health this year...and this time stay there...thanks to all the information we received today at Ava Maria's. A big special thank you to Theresa... who took the time to explain how everything would work for us so that we could make a more educated decision in choosing the products that would give us the utmost maximum results. We are so very happy we walked in...can't wait to start seeing the results of our purchase today😀

Great selection but some of the products are double the cost of the identical item elsewhere.
