Indifferent doctors who may not help you with your problem. Ended up being referred to the hospital for something the doctor could have easily dealt with himself.

I went in to get a possible cancerous mole checked out as I need regular check ups for skin cancer and had a very odd looking mole come out of nowhere. I asked her to take a look at it and she looked at my back for about 1-2 seconds before proceeding to shoo me as fast as possible out of the clinic. This could be serious, and was very fustrated that she couldn't take even a full minute to make sure it wasn't cancerous. Worst service ever, I would suggest anyone with a medical concern to never step foot in that clinic

If I could give this clinic a negative 10 rating, I would. Went there 4wks ago because I stepped on a toothpick. I KNEW something was still in there. Because I showed up 15mins before closing, the staff (including the doctor) were all rude. Vocalizing how now they're going to have to stay late. The doctor didn't even freeze me properly, proceeded to make the injury worse. Didn't cleanse the wound and didn't cover it. Just wanted to get out of there. Insisted that I take the device and dig around in the hole myself if I thought something was in there. What kind of doctor does that. 4weeks later, after serious infection and extreme pain, I had 1/2 of a toothpick removed at hospital. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING SERIOUS.

Well I can say that this place has its good days and its bad days. Probably just like any other company. One time I went there I was totally discusted with the service because the lady was rude and asked me and my daughter to go for a 20 mins walk because no one wants to hear that. Which I thought was mean just the way she said it. It was rude. But today I had a completely diffrent experience. The front desk lady was very nice. And the Doctor was excellent. Really personable and great.
