Date night, we were seated near the front window and fire. Charming decor. I debated getting the meatloaf, but my brother decided to order it instead. Do yourself and order the meatloaf. Every single item on the plate was delicious - mashed potatoes, asparagus and meatloaf. Highly recommend.
The atmosphere was very nice and we had excellent service during our visit. My wife and I thought that the food was just okay, especially for the price. I had two different IPA pints with my dinner. Neither were fresh, and both tasted like they had been on tap for a while. My wife had a cherry bourbon drink that was pretty tasty.
Lance is doing a great job under the circumstances of the pandemic. Menu changes a little based on availability from suppliers. Had the steak and brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Very well prepared. Already booked next visit which is highly recommended as they have limited hours.
Extra social distancing, plus they installed a UV filter on their HVAC system. Oh yeah, and the food was even better than before. Filet and the blueberry sauce meatballs were killer. Wine selection was diverse and strong for the price point.
Excellent food. Very well done safety measures, this is the first dinner out in a long time and they made it feel very safe.
