Every time it's super slow even though I prebook and pay on account. Last time they told me I would be charged pump price for refill so didn't fill up and I highly doubt the pump was $1.80 a litre.

Excellent customer service , I needed a rental through SGI and Jaspreet hooked me up with a nice brand new charger I really liked it the way they offered me the pickup and explained each and everything under the rental agreement and I would always go to Enterprise from now on if  i'm in need of a rental in the mere future ....

Everything was good about the rental. The only problem I had was that the van was not ready when I went to pick it up even though it was booked for a time. Waited an hour for it. They didn't have a replacement for what I needed so I waited for it.
