Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The driver must have a credit card with the driver's name on it at time of pickup! This is not made clear until you receive a confirmation after booking. It took 4 phone calls to get through the computer answering system that kept hanging up on me only to be connected to an unfriendly person who flatly told me that there was no way they could go around this.

Received a speeding ticket, that's unfortunate but not the issue.. . About a month later over 200$ was takes from our credit card with No Explanation. We saw that it came from Enterprise so we called to ask why.. they didn't know.. it took them 2 days to find out that it was because of a ticket that we received on the Highway.. We Were Never Informed by Enterprise and they took over 50 extra dollars for late fees and Processing. This was upsetting as we would have paid said ticket no problem if we had known about it.. They claimed to have sent us a letter. I assure you that we did not receive one. And they certainly never attempted to call before charging us a late fee and processing fee.. We Were Treated Rudely and Accused of Lying.. will Never Deal with Enterprise again, at least Not in Saskatoon!!

Very dissatisfied with the experience here! I feel absolutely ripped off! They charged me 400 dollars to rent a car for 3 days....this car is nothing fancy....its a tiny little Hyundai....the guy at customer service told me I needed insurance for 30 dollars per day if I wanted to protect myself from "someone scratching the car and running away!".... Absolutely never coming back here!!!! I have never felt more ripped off! I would not even give this place 1 star!!!

The staff was friendly when I picked up and returned the car. The service was excellent. I wanted a certain car which was not available immediately so the Rep (Alyssa) arranged for a one to be cleaned for me. I had to wait for a little bit but I got the vehicle I wanted. The courtesy email I got was very nice and contained few useful reminders. Enterprise will definitely be my choice to rent a car every time I am in Saskatoon.
