Wife got into a car accident which left our vehicle not drive-able. went to enterprise to rent a vehicle to pick up my wife and kids stranded on side of road. was told no I could not rent a vehicle unless i got the guy at the desk a $300 deposit because it was a Sunday and the auto body place was closed and couldn't verify my vehicle would be going there. needless to say I will not be using them again. even though he did call this morning to apologize because my auto body shop called him and gave him heck for leaving me stranded. (FYI it was -29 before the winchill) Not Happy at All with the Service.

Charged me for windshield rock-chip that was visible when I picked up vehicle. Showed rep who claimed they would note it. My mistake for trusting them.
