I rented a car from here over the Christmas holidays. I found (at the time of need due to our lovely Canadian winters) that there was no block heater in it. So during a cold snap the car wouldn’t start- as a result I had to cab to and from work as well as get a tow truck to boost the car... long story short Enterprise did a phenomenal job ensuring I was satisfied with service and reimbursed a significant amount of my rental to cover the costs of being stranded- great costumer service thorough out the entire rental. :)

We were very satisfied with our rental of your Dodge Journey. It performed very well while we visited Saskatoon and had snow and ice road conditions. We did have  problems working some of the controls we we not familiar with.. a quick run over of some of those would have greatly helped our experience.. thank you for the upgrade also.
