Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Jasmin and her team at Enterprise located at 10903-156th st. Did a amazing job with their customer service. Even thou I was stuck with a van but that's my fault because I didn't book ahead. They gave me a great rate they also picked me and drop me off. I had a lot fun with staff, all and all I would recommend this location if you are renting a car. They where honest and you can tell they take pride in their work...even though it was just a van, it was squeaky clean a mechanically sound!!! So good job, keep up the great work!!!

I was very impressed at how much focus they have on awesome customer service. I rented here 2 times in 3 weeks because my own car was being fixed and both times different staff all went out of their way to make sure I was happy and had a good experience. They are very customer focused at this location and I really appreciate that. This is where I will keep going should I need another rental car. Thank you!

TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES OF YOUR RENTAL THE DAY YOU PICK UP! They try find every reason to get money from you! I picked up my rental from the 178th street location and had a pleasant experience. They got me a rental on short notice although it was clearly smoked in. It was not until I brought the rental back to the 156th street location is when I had a terrible experience. First, They tried to blame me for "damage" that I did not cause (drove the car a total of 80 km's). There was very small plastic piece missing from the front grill that was missed during the walk around when I picked up. It blends into the grill so it looked like it could be part of it. I even have pictures of the car of the day that I picked up because of previous experiences with rentals. The plastic piece is missing on the pictures as well. They still tried to make me pay for the damage until they said "oh no worries, it looks like your insurance company paid for damage coverage". I don't care if I had damage coverage or not, It is still something that I did not do. THEN he handed me a bill of $10 for fuel because he said it was 7/8th full. The needle was a tick under the full line. The gauge is obviously off because I literally just filled up the car before I dropped it off (cost me $7 to fill it from 3/4 to full). After telling him that I just came from the gas station and have the receipt to prove it, he finally said don't worry about it. I understand that some people may abuse rentals but this was ridiculous. Just because of this location, Enterprise has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Best customer service ive seen in years. Felt like i was at home. Amazing staff. Well return for future rentals!! Keep up the great work!!!

Got a Hyundai Tuscon as a loaner. Easy process with excellent staff. Brought it back a month later. Car not great but again, staff was friendly and helpful.
