Disappointing Experience with Enterprise Car RentalnnI had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Car Rental that I feel compelled to share. We prepaid for a luxury seven-seater vehicle well in advance—almost two months before our trip—only to be informed just a couple of hours before our departure that our vehicle was no longer available. The staff called to let us know that another Enterprise location had taken our reservation, leaving us with no choice but to accept a midsize six-seater or a minivan with 2WD.nnThis was particularly frustrating since we were heading to the mountains for a family vacation, and a 2WD vehicle was far from ideal for the terrain we were facing. To make matters worse, the midsize we received had almost bald tires and appeared to have issues with the steering components. It was a stressful situation, and I couldn’t help but wonder which would have been worse: the unreliable vehicle,the cramped quarters or the minivan.nnHaving to downsize our luggage and squeeze into a smaller vehicle for an eight-hour road trip was not what we had anticipated. Overall, this experience has led me to not recommend Enterprise Car Rental, especially given the lack of communication and the last-minute changes to our reservation. I expected better service, especially after booking so far in advance. This experience has certainly made me reconsider my options for future rentals.

This location is the best! I've rented with them a few times and the customer service is always amazing. The vehicles are spotless clean, full tank of gas, great tires I got some pretty awesome new winter tires this time and I'm so happy! and in really great condition. I've rented with another company recently and didn't feel the same level of customer service, the car wasn't clean and the tires were terrible. I highly recommend renting with this team at the 156st location!

This place is excellent, very efficient service. Big shout out to Amr, for going beyond his services. One day one, my rental had an issue which I realized later on the day, called them and it was near closing time. Amr called me and said that he was switching my rental and he was on his way to my workplace. Thank him so much due to ,it was past his working time and he still had to go back to the building to pick up his car. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend them. This is For the Edmonton 156 Street location.

I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise. Nathan was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. He made the process smooth and ensured I got a well-equipped, clean, and comfortable car. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend!
