Enterprise Rent-A-Car

One needs good luck here to be totally happy. Staff is always friendly, some times over friendly. Most of the times cars are good, but it is common that one gets a smoke-scented car, a broken stereo and one finds out after the cars has been locked with the windows closed for an hour or so, or when the stereo has been working for few minutes. I have rented several cars here because prices are good and service is better that Budget, Avis or Hertz. Enterprise is good, but not excellent.

A great experience! My insurance company had Enterprise contact me after my car was banged up in a collision. Not only did they pick me up from my work, they also provided me with a vehicle that was very similar to my own to drive around until repairs were done to my car. They had fresh coffee and treats for their customers at the counter. Their friendly staff were great to deal with and they even dropped me off at the body shop after I had turned in my rental. I highly recommend this location at 178 street. Thanks gang!

Got in a car accident and picked up a rental here. Staff are professional and super sweet. I even had to have the vehicle for an extra 3 days and they (Justin) tried to get my insurance company to pay for it before charging me. What great service!!!! Honestly made my life very easy during a time of high anxiety.

They went way out of their way to try to find us what we needed. That including calling other rental companies. When they couldn't they just gave us an awesome deal on 2nd rental. The staff is awesome! Thanks Carman :)

My Girlfriend rented from this company and returned the rental 2017/09/15 due to a collision, was recommended from insurance company who was coving costs. Upon delivering the vehicle back received a small rock chip on 2018 Jeep Compass, brought back and was told the whole windshield needed to be replaced. The manager indicated I would be the first to know the costs of the windshield replacement. That didn’t happen at all. In fact was sent a bill for $750 for a windshield four weeks later. I’ve never herd of a windshield being $750.00 I called requested to see the bill from Crystal Glass. Bill even indicates prices have been altered. Shady as hell! Wouldn’t recommend renting ever from this place. On top of which my insurance company paid for the new windshield replaced under my policy and I’m still getting notices I need to pay! I have reported to The Consumer Investigations Unit- Service Alberta for unfair practice/trade.
