While staying at the Halifax West KOA we rented a veicle from Enterprise for 4 days. The car was just what we had requested and the staff were friendly and accomodating - especially DJ who came and picked us up. Our experience at Enterprise will bring us back as repeat customers where ever we may be. We rented a vehicle from a competitor in Charlottetown PEI and as a result of that experience we will never recommend that car rental chain to anyone!

I had to call them multiple times about issues that came up during the rental process through a business rental and they always worked very hard to resolve any issues.

I've done business with them 3 times now. Twice though insurance, once paid by a store for damages accrued in their parking lot. They pick me up at the auto body shop and set me up in a rental. Once since we had a wait they even offered coffee and my gf got one from them that they grabbed from Tim Horton's. My only issue is there selection seems limited. My gf needed the rental the 2nd & 3rd time, and she only likes to drive small sub compact cars. Smallest thing once was a rav4 (she started to like) and 3rd time was a Volkswagen Passat. (Didn't like) Even looking around at other locations getting a small car seems to be very hard. But besides stocking issues on vehicles every experience has been good!

The staff was super friendly the car ran fine but it wasn't the category I reserved. The main complaint though was the cleanness of the car I had to go to the nearest gas station to clean the windows as I couldn't see out of them and there was a layer of dust on the dash.
