Traveling for work has been part of my life for 15+ years. During that time you hit the same locations over and over. Yes there is good service but it is never at a level that the you get from the boys in Okotoks. 
Chris, Nate & Eric have consistently gone above and beyond when I rent from this location. 

Keep up the great work boys.

Received a rental  from enterprise via my dealership while my car was in for warranty work. After a frustrating morning dealing with some mix ups with my dealership and -other car rental agency I will not name-, Nathaniel was a very calm (and appreciated!) presence for a last minute booking. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough throughout the experience. When I was heading out from Calgary to drop the car back, I didn't realize they closed at 5:00pm. I called the location and Chris offered to stay late so that I could get my car back and drop off the rental. He never made me feel badly about coming in late, was super friendly, and fantastic even though he was there until 5:45pm. For this experience I will always use Enterprise for my rental needs. I would give more stars if I could. 12/10 customer service! Thank you Nathaniel and Chris, you both helped turn frustrating days into a good ones!

My experience at enterprise okotoks was nothing short of fantastic. We had so much bad luck with our car being fixed in the shop and Eric down at enterprise made the experience so much less painful for us. I would jsut like to give him a huge shout out and say thank you for your kindness

Eric was incredible with us at Enterprise Okotoks. We will absolutely be coming into Okotoks from Calgary whenever we need a rental vehicle.

Chris was over the top helpful when I called to rent a Car while I was dealing with a personal crisis.  
Every detail was attended to quickly and effortlessly by this  thoughtful young gentleman. 
Not only is he well versed in his profession, but he is an exemplary person. 
Thank God for this great experience in Okotoks.
