I had to take my vehicle to carstar for repairs, and I was hesitant about getting a rental as I hear they are usually difficult, this was not the case this time. I went to Discount at the High River location and a very nice woman named Jennifer helped me out. I had difficult hours to work around but none the less she had the vehicle I wanted, cleaned and ready to go, and she stayed late so that I could pick it up with no difficulties. She was very friendly and quite knowledgable, I would highly recommend visiting her for any rental needs.

I have not had much luck when it comes to car rental services. In all honesty when I reached out to Discount Car rental, I wasn't really expecting much and was kind of already expecting surprise charges. 

All those statement above have been squashed. From the moment I inquired about their fleet, I dealt with Myra. Shes been nothing but amazing! I rented twice already from them and dealt with the same amazing person. I also have dealt with another guy that i forgot his name, he delivered the renntal at home as we (my visitors from abroad) needed the car that same day to drive to the mountains and none of them could drive another car to pick it up. He was amazing, friendly, and gave me a brief but awesome introduction to the car. 

Myra, on the other hand was always always flexible to deal with and would really listen to my at times outrageous request. The rates are amazing, the car is always spotless, Myra takes her time to explain to me the insurance, mileage, rental care and all. I am blown away. And would just happily drive the rental. They make rental so easy for me that It is now my main go to if and when I don't want to put some serious clicks to my baby. And It is only Discount Car Okotoks that i would go to and refer.
