Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments are
subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. All spa packages require 72 hours
advanced cancellations. Charges will apply to appointments missed. This policy
applies to large groups as well.

Arriving Late

In order not to delay or inconvenience clients
following you, your treatment will be shortened if you arrive late.

Deposits

A credit card number will be required to reserve a
Spa Package when booking. Please inform our receptionist if you have a gift
certificate when booking appointments.

Consideration

To respect the tranquility of our spa environment
and the privacy of our guests, cell phones and pagers are prohibited. We love
children, but the Spa is a place where parents come to rest and enjoy some
quiet time, so please make prior arrangements in advance and plan to attend the
Spa without the little ones.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Our Spa personnel are all fully registered and certified. They must undergo
intensive, hands-on training prior to becoming a member of our staff. Personnel
are versed and updated on the latest techniques, practices, products and attend
seminars regularly to keep up with all the latest treatments.
