Opened in May 2005, The Spa Shoppe is a retail venture owned by David Harris and Mark Wallis. We are a proud dealer and service provider for Hydropool Hot Tubs in Durham.

Story

We love Canada, and we are proud to sell a Canadian made product that is hand crafted right here in Toronto. For 31 years Hydropool has been an industry leading company that is now sold in over 60 counties. We were the first hot tub manufacture certified by the California Energy Commission continue each day to inovate and advance current product design. Love The Spa Shoppe, they sell the best spas (Hydropool), are really friendly and knowledgeable and have great prices. I purchased some accessories there recently and got a great deal. Today I phoned to order more goodies and ask a technical question, Stuart helped me out and within minutes my problem was solved - thanks Stuart, you totally made my day! :)

Helpful, efficient and totally friendly this is the place to get your spa supplies. In the market for a hot tub? Great prices, very knowledgeable staff and ongoing support. A local gem!

The spa shoppe is incredible. The best customer service backed up by the best products. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Stu is amazing. He came right to my house with new products and taught us how to use the hot tub properly. You can't ask for a better experience

My wife and I bought our first hot tub this year and had it delivered and installed in July. We were very pleased from our very first interaction with everyone we spoke with. Dave, James and Stu have been great from the beginning and very helpful. It's very refreshing to get honest and friendly advice and opinions on everything related to spas. You are made to feel very comfortable and welcome anytime you walk into the store and they are always willing to help out; the continued service has been well above average and gives us that much more confidence in our decision. Very glad we made the decision to purchase from the Spa Shoppe and not somewhere else. Thanks for all your great help and service and a spectacular product, we definitely recommend anyone interested to go in and check out everything they have to offer! Thanks so much!

Outstanding service by Stuart! He always keeps his appointments, goes out of his way to be helpful and really spends the time with you making sure you understand what you've purchased but without any high pressure of a salesman. I'm a new customer of the Spa Shoppe but I have already recommended Stuart to three friends and I trust that he will treat them as well as I've been treated.
