Been trying to call their office for two days now. Walked in the office when I was trying to call and no one on reception had a phone in their hand.nIs their a certain hour you're supposed to call ?

They can't communicate. They literally forced me to come grab a note, just to refuse to give it to me because I didn't have exact cash. Maybe the physician should know how to tell their customers that these things cost money and that's cash only they do not take debit or credit.

terrible care, was ignored for months and now they won't even pick upy calls, doesn't give referrals to needed treatment.

Literally impossible to get on the phone. States they are closed during posted operating hours

I had Dr.Smith for an IUD replacement today. Being a Gyne nurse and having had a not so pleasant experience years ago, I was hesitant leading up to my appointment. She was amazing, and I can only speak highly of her. Weeks before my appointment we discussed the concerns I had, and then during the appointment, we discussed those concerns again. She offered so much guidance and tools one can use to help with the procedure and talked me through it the whole time. As someone with high anxiety, Dr. Smith was incredible throughout the whole thing.
