It was a farmers field. Great people and a quite place to stay for one night. I didn't see any shower facilities but then again I didn't really need them. Very flat.

I just stopped by to dump and fill up water - because this was the only place within 40 miles for me, but Scott (the owner) saw that I was leaking anti-freeze badly. He personally inspected it, then spent about 30 minutes calling around town trying to get me a water pump (which he said was most likely the issue). He offered to let us stay there for free until it got fixed. We ended up getting a local appointment and Scott told us what price range to expect to ensure they weren't over-charging us. Then, he called us the next day to ensure everything worked out well. He went above and beyond, which was refreshing from a stranger.

Our cabin was perfect, a full bathroom, linens pots pans coffee maker silverware, sink, dishes TV stove full refrigerator, heat all included, it was very well thought out when built, can't say enough about how great it was!

Great campground, basic services and open all year which is a plus. Not expensive. We will stop here again.
