DO NOT STAY HERE: I stayed this past weekend with a few of my cousins. We were robbed of $500+ between money and personal items. Clearly it was the cleaners who stole from us, as they entered our room after we left around 9pm. Managers could careless and were offended, saying their staff wouldn't do such a thing. Well its time to hire some staff that isn't criminals. Oh don't worry thought my cousin was told "it was probably the cleaners as we hire outside workers for the holiday weekend." Unbelieveable

We stayed in #900. Smelled musty, linens were old and cheap, tile floors cracked and decor bizarre. For $250 a night this was a joke. Upon check in, the woman was miserable. We have stayed here in the past and honestly this place is truly a "motel". Too bad because it could be really nice.

Comfortable, located within walking distance to everything in Ellicottville, reasonably priced, nice people who run it, we love this place.... Highly recommended!
