Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino

Booked a room through the Hotel's phone reservations office. The gal on the line knew every answer to every question I had without looking anything up! She also told me I had 2 complimentary night's stays available which I did not know about. Nice. Arrived at the hotel around 7:30 on a Thursday night and were in our (smoking) room by 7:40. Our room was on the ninth floor with a great view of the Allegany State park just beyond. The room was very large with an even larger bath complete with a very nice, spacious walk in shower. They even included soft closing toilet seats. Bedding and towels were spotless and new looking. Everything was perfectly clean. After spending a few hours at the slots my wife and I decided to head back to our room for some 24 hour room service. Our order arrived in 12 minutes, with hot food in an insulated box on the shelf below. All condiments you could want were included along with iced water glasses and bottled water. The portions were large enough we could have shared and cut our order in half. Everything was delicious. Considering what we received the prices almost seemed too low! Needless to say, we ordered breakfast also the next morning. Again-perfect. All in all, we had a wonderful first stay there, and are definitely going to return. As far as the Casino goes, my wife and I played slots for a total of 7 hours each and we left with about the same amount of cash we walked in with, which to us is a win.

Love the rooms. The view is wonderful. Bathroom layout the best I've seen. Buffet is good. Breakfast buffet and restaurant excellent, as is the price. Excellent experience.

I attended this casino recently to play slots and blackjack with a few friends. I loved the free drinks and the dealers/personnel were very friendly! I will definitely return to this casino in the future.

I'm not a fan of casinos: They're loud, reek of cigarette smoke, and are full of senior citizens trying to strike it big. This one is no exception. It's mostly just slot machines and video poker, and any table games seem to be abandoned by both customers and staff every time I go there with my parents (near-senior citizens trying to strike it big). Let me make this clear: I would never willingly go to this establishment on my own. It's tacky, sticky, and gross.

Room was very nice. Lots of towels and bed was divine! Loved the food and the room service. Casino and bars are top notch!
