Elk River Floral

I would like to update the review that I left. I received a heartfelt apology from Elk River Floral and I just found out that they waived the payment for the first order that I had placed (which I was not expecting nor did I ask for it). I prefer to do business with a locally owned business and the apology and waiving of payment is only one of the many reasons why. ----------------------- Unfortunately, I need to leave a poor review. I ordered flowers for a funeral via email and had a good experience. The second time the arrangement for a funeral was not at the funeral. When I went to the floral shop with the email the response I got was "we do not check our email everyday". She checked her email and the order was there. The flowers had been ordered 3 business days in advance.

What a wonderful gem of a place. The service was wonderful, the staff friendly and the prices very reasonable. The corsage we bought for prom was gorgeous and fresh. I love the gift shop as well. Thank you Elk River Floral.

this was my first time going to this florist and i was very impressed. prices were very affordable compared to everyone else i called. very pleasant to talk to with and the flowers that were received were beautiful. will definitely be going to them again.
