I was blessed to receive a bouquet of flowers sent from a dear friend on my birthday. Unfortunately I was not home when they arrived. They placed them in a very safe place. The concern and care they had shown is such a strong reflection on how much they care! Big Lake Floral rocks!!!

Big Lake Floral. ....thank you so much.  I called you from Jamestown, ND  and needed a same day delivery.  You never even hesitated about that and when I told you what I needed you got on it right away and did everything you could to satisfy my request.   I was very impressed with your friendly  professionalism and true desire to please a customer which is rare nowadays.  You have truly gained my return business and respect. ....once again thank you so very much. ....By the way  she loved the roses and the way they were arranged.  She said she thought it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen.  Until we do business again keep up the good work and have a great weekend just like you made mine.
