We paid for a casket spray with an additional dozen red roses to be added. When we arrived to the service there was only five roses in the spray and mostly greenery. The whole arrangement was very sparse and was nothing like the picture we had picked out. When I called the morning of my dads funeral she hung up on me on the phone because I had asked her would this be acceptable for your parents funeral? Very poor customer service as well as florist artistry. Was very embarrassing for other family members who had also purchased floral arrangements through Elaine's because the flowers were of poor quality and some were already wilted. The floral arrangements received by Elaine's looked ridiculous sitting next to other arrangements that had arrived from other floral shops. I could not be anymore disappointed. After a couple family members had talked to Elaine's to try and get them to come and fix the arrangements they had brought the owner had finally arrived with the rest of the roses that were supposed to be in the spray 20 minutes before the service was about to begin. I Would not recommend Elaine's floral to anyone. we have been apart of the community for 50 years and it's sad to see Elaine's going down hill.

In response to Ellice Sukola: On the very rare occasion when there is miscommunication between a customer and the person taking an order at the shop, we make every effort to correct the situation and provide added value or compensation to make it right. Unfortunately, this isn't enough for some people and they decide to be dishonest in their comments and write negative reviews. We are very proud of the service we provide to our community and will continue to do our best as we enjoy what we do every day! This is a reply to reviews from Ryan and Taylor. The groom asked us to make extra corsages for their unexpected guests the morning of the wedding and waited while we promptly made them. He asked to be billed. Two months later he claimed we shorted them and would not pay. Any discrepancy could have been handled that morning. Instead, they chose to be dishonest about our shop and post negative reviews. They have even gone as far as to remove their wedding photos from the web so no one can see how very beautiful the flowers were and see that they are dishonest about their comments. We are proud of the excellent service we have been providing to our community for more than 52 years!

They have always provided the most beautiful flowers! We have used them for weddings funerals, and graduations. They always go above and beyond expectations!

When it comes to weddings, you want the least stress possible. Double billing, yelling at your customer, refusing to acknowledge a receipt that Elaine's flowers sent, and shorting us on the day of our wedding are all reasons to consider a different provider.

Very unprofessional! I used them for my wedding- what a mistake! I was shorted three flower arrangements on the day of my wedding and then they tried to double charge me TWICE! And not one apology. If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that. Stay away!!!!!
