Just a regular Joe Shmoe looking for help with a teeny tiny, burnt out fuse. Went out of their way to investigate and figure out a solution. Didn't even charge me for it even though I was willing to pay for it. Kind, friendly, common sense service, I would have no problem recommending them in the future.
