Elevation 486

We had the baked brie, green beans, trout, and squash ravioli - every single thing right down to the soup was incredible. Dishes were plated with care, service was impeccable and friendly, and the flavors were all outstandingly paired. The price was perfectly fair for what we received, and everything was brought out to us with ideal timing. I'm not from the area, but we will absolutely be back every time we visit!

The jambalaya is a little disappointing to look at, but very flavorful. Diners can decide how spicy they want to make their dish by using the sauce on the edges of the plate. I would rate the base spiciness level at medium. The dinner rolls are fresh and soft. I would like them a little warmer than the ones we received. The huckleberry butter is subtle, not overpowering to my taste.

The view is really something here but the food is good also. Shared a "bucket" of clams which were on a very good broth. Plenty for 2 and could stretch to serve 3 or 4. The quail were excellent, in a nice glaze. Wine list is decent and the featured cocktails are also good. Service was excellent.

Awesome service! Chris and Shannon were amazing. I take clients here often, and have never had a bad experience. Food is always great, awesome atmosphere, and a delightful view of the canyon. Thanks again for the great service and friendly staff!

We were there after dark so the view wasn't amazing... but we could focus then on food. And it was amazing! It really was. We've had ceviche and jambalaya which very excellent and fresh! They also have a pretty nice choice of beers. Still not sure why 486? Is this the height it's located at?
