Twin Falls Black Bear Diner

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a nice and cozy, family friendly atmosphere. There was a considerable wait for food, but we were a party of 6 on black Friday and the place was packed. The food was really good. It seemed like one of the plates was sitting under the heat lamps for a little bit, but even that plate was still good. Will definitely return and definitely recommend to others.

Great service, portions and food. We got breakfast, and my omelet was so good and stuffed full. My husband got the southern scramble and the gravy was amazing. My son had a pancake and it was fluffy, thick and sweet. The staff all greeted us with smiles, checked on us often but not too in our faces and refilled our drinks quickly. Overall a great experience.

Wish I could give this location 0 stars and still write a review. This location is horrible. I understand being brand new and trying to get things to a routine system, but this place is a nightmare. My party of 4 waited 25 minutes to even just get 2 waters and 2 sweet teas, after finally getting drinks and putting in our orders it took another 45 minutes to even get our food. Obviously we weren't the only ones having a rough time as other customers constantly left the resteraunt. I don't blame them, they didn't miss out on the cold burger and fries. You're better off going down the road to McDonald's, you'll get better food and better customer service. Get it together black bear or you'll be out of business in no time. Unless they can turn it around, don't waste your time or money.

Great manager and wait staff but the superstars are the chefs who take quality food and turn it into culinary arts, both delicious and very appealing. Melissa is a great server, always singing, smilng and happy. I eat out a lot and can very highly recommend this location.

The food and desserts were amazing. The service was excellent, they were just so friendly and quick. The milkshakes were just heaven, especially the Huckleberry one. It was spotless in the restaurant and the bathrooms were nice. I would definitely go again!
