Excellent, fast and friendly service. This particular Denny's is managed very well. One of the better ones I've been to. Our order was taken in a timely manner. Food arrived fast and also very delicious. I'll be back another day.
Interior is very clean and inviting. Customer service was fantastic! Food was served hot! The salad was served in a cold bowl and very fresh. Also, we didn't have to wait very long for our food.
One of the best Denny's we've ever been too. Clean, great location. Not as busy as I'd expect at 10 am on a Sunday, but we were seated fast and the food came out quick! We had a really great waitress; friendly, attentive, anticipated needs, cleared plates quick, etc.
Took a long time to get our order taken which our waitress told us that she was taking care of a table of nine and was very apologetic and was doing her best. It took an hour to get our food which was a make your own omelette and chocolate chip pancakes. The cheese in the omelette wasn’t hot at all it was just a nasty blob and the hash browns were burnt and the toast was so cold the butter didn’t even melt. The pancakes were cold enough that the chocolate chips were solid didn’t even melt at all. When we brought it up to the person that cashed us out, the excuses just kept coming. I told them the hash browns were burnt and was told that there was a new cook and when I pointed out that you could smell something burning they told me that it was toast that had gotten stuck in the toaster. The manager was listening to everything and didn’t give a care and pretty much waved us off. I even tried to give our waitress a good comment and she couldn’t be bothered with us. We spent $33 and some change on something we could have gotten better at McDonalds. Very disappointing. A good cook would NEVER send out burnt and cold food if they actually cared about what they were doing and the manager was a joke.
Evelyn is one of the best servers in the whole restaurant. She's super friendly, funny, and gives really fast service. There's never a dull moment when you're sitting at her table. I will definitely come back for her.
