The Viveros Alvarez family welcomes you to El Vaquero. Our restaurant has been a part of the Lake Chelan Community since 1989. We use family recipes nurtured from the Guerrero region in Mexico and combine it with our sustainable approach using fresh vegetables from local growers. Our food is made with love and hard work. We spend many hours each day preparing to provide our guest with the freshest meals.
