I love Starbucks, but the Chelan location has consistently struggled with the timeliness of when you place and receive your order, especially during peak hours. It is also lacking in cleanliness. Am having to guess it's due to poor management.

This is a very popular Starbucks. The service here is always great and fast. Great friendly people behind the counter always striving to get their jobs done quickly and efficiently. I have never had a bad drink here

We love to stop in and grab some brew when we are in the area of driving through. This Starbucks always has top notch staff and is usually busy at all times of the day, which says a lot. Great outdoor seating and atmosphere if you are looking to sit down for a chat or some rest.

Insanely long line, and took forever. Was no fault of staff, just the way it was. Was too small of a Starbucks for the crowd that was in there. Staff was extremely friendly.
