Classic American drive in with a walk up window. Enjoyed a refreshing, retro, soft-serve vanilla cone. Get out of your car and seat yourself at one of the umbrellaed tables out back. Or...better yet....sit facing Lake Chelan at their deck's edge and marvel at the view! Extremely nice & friendly local staff. They also offer Rainbow sherbet for those of you who appreciate a taste of something classic but not common.

The staff was curtious, friendly, and helpful. They alone would make a person want to come back to Lakeside, yet the facility and the amenities are so nice, that the entire experience was great. Was affordable; will try to go back there next year. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that the carpet in the room was damaged, and the beautiful city park grass in front of the building was gross, contaminated with goose droppings.

Good burgers. Kids meal came with a golden delicious apple. Nice view from the outside seating area. We went when it was not to busy, but a neat feture you could call your order in.

Great food but skinny meat, get a double to equal a normal single sized party. Great tasting food though. Great view as well.
