Very good asada tacos with good flavor of the meat and generous portion. Torta was excellent as well. Salsa's are super good and nice spice. The pricing is very affordable and definitely worth the price. Probably my favorite taco truck around so far for sure.Food: 5/5
When taco trucks are a dime a dozen you can afford to be picky, and I am. ETM is top of the “Aurora strip taco trucks” list for me I haven’t been to them all by any means, so take that with a grain of salt. Still, that says something. Why: 1. Authentic carnitas are spit roasted with that signature crispiness that I’ve been craving ever since my first *real* Mexican street taco. They are closer to that than the others. 2. Heated shed and covered seating. The space isn’t big, but in WA this is a big deal. 3. Excellent parking. They’ve got to be the envy of every taco truck owner. Lots of parking space, easy drive-up access, and you can wait in your car until your order’s ready and not be too far away to hear them when they call. 4. Obv. like most taco truck workers, they’re kind and provide excellent service. I have NEVER had a complaint.
WOW! Hands-down THE BEST taco truck around! The food is SO flavorful! And the sauces aren't too mild or spicy! The beef in my tostada was moist. I loved the amount of veggies they used. A big tomato, avocado slice, and even included a lime for additional flavoring Also, they offer rice and beans as a side which other taco trucks lack. There's a huge selection of drinks and little snacks... And also, they have a hand-washing station and aren't so stingy that they leave Clorox wipes out for customers to wipe down their tables for dining. Thank you! The service was great too! It was fast despite showing up 20 minutes before close. The cashier never made us feel like an inconvenience. We are happy customers! This place will be our new go-to! ¡Gracias El Taco Maestro!
Best Mexican food in town! Not only cheap on the price but the food is SO delicious! One little taco got me full! Felt like I was in Mexico again worth it! Parking: Good parking
You must wear a mask or they'll charge you for one haha I honestly thought that was great. Better than refusing service. Really solid hole-in-the-wall Mexican food and a decent price. But no fish tacos. I'm from Cali visiting so glad I found the place. I'm not comparing them to all Mexican food, but they're really great for the area. Really good flavor, above what you expect quality. Red salsa is spicy Green salsa is medium Cabeza is the best Beef tongue is cut up kinda small but good flavor They make mulitas too which are decent Beans were good, solid regular beans Rice was ok Carne asada was better than I thought it would be. Very good amount of meat on the tacos There is seating inside this tent and in the back and plenty of parking for the traffic they seem to get at lunch time. It's a really like authentic taco truck experience. If you're regular hungry you could pay about $10-$20 per person but if you're really extra hungry... I paid about $25 each for my husband and I haha no regrets. Got drinks and flan. *Note* I spoke Spanish so I didn't bother asking if they spoke English but I believe the guy in front of me had no problem.
UPDATE: Thank you for not raising your prices like the other taco joints around here! UPDATE: Ate tripas at another truck nearby got charged extra and then ate tripas here--El Maestro wins! Best taco truck so far in my neverending quest! Didn't charge extra for specialty meats such as tripa like other joints looking at you, Rinconsito--that is awesome! Will def be back.
The best quesadilla I've had from a food truck, the chicken is spicy, but not too spicy. It's hard to explain. But if you went far enough to read this review, just go. You won't be disappointed..
Hands down, the best place to get authentic Mexican food. The tacos are out of this world, I prefer the pastor marinated pork and buche meat for tacos but all their food is amazing. I'm originally from California, where Mexican food has set a high bar for me. El Taco Maestro is the best Mexican tacos and food I've found by far, and trust me, I've tried a lot on Washington. They may be but a food truck, however, their food speaks for itself.
There food are good. My boyfriend ordered the Wet Carni Asada Burrito and I ordered the Carni Asada Burrito it's good but they only have a lil carni asada on mine and more rice it would be nice if they add more carni asada that's why I give them 3.5 stars but they're no selections for that.
Very delicious tacos. The tortillas were not greasy like in other places. Cashier was very friendly and food was ready quickly. We ordered tacos with asada and adobada, torta with asada and sopitos with carnitas and tripa. The only thing we did not really enjoy was the sopitos. Overall it qas a good experience. We will definitely be back for more tacos. I was not able to photograph the torta because my husband did not want to wait to get started, hahaha.
