Ordered $30 worth of food and received 3 tacos. This is truly the single worst location on this earth. Every time you go here expect your order to be wrong, late or overcharged.
This Taco Bell is great. The associates are all very kind and polite. They also do a great job preparing the food. It's easy to prepare this kind of food in a way that turns into a mess for the customer, but these guys and gals put it together well. My food is never falling apart or spilling. Keep up the great work guys.
I rarely leave reviews, First time ever feeling the need to post a review for taco bell didn't finish my meal yet, Honestly worst taco bell I've ever had. First they didn't add all the sauce I asked for with the door dash delivery. Beans from the nachos and the bean burrito tasted weird. As well as the tortilla. Im not going to even eat the second one. I'm going to risk the crunch wrap, hopefully it redeems this spot...... I'm coming back 5 minutes or so later to edit this review.... Crunch wrap was also horrible. I could only take like 3 or 4 bites before I threw it away It smelled and tasted weird and was cold. And never before have i not been able to finish my food and I was starving. I'm going to have to door dash McDonald's or something Worst taco bell ever
My boyfriend went to Taco Bell and they took most of his money and gave him less cash back , very rude customer service and no number to call and complain too . Will be speaking to manager tommorow in person smh ! We only ordered quesadilla ,nacho and a frozen drink 14$ later and my boyfriend had to give them a extra 10$ and they took more of the 10$ smh ‍
One of the worst operating taco bells on the North shore. Employees couldn't care less, always have ask for the remaining items they don't give me at the window. My best recommendation is to go somewhere else this place is terrible.Food: 1/5
The best taco in town! I love the place and also the food here.
Ordered food to sit in. Sat there 48 minutes until I had to leave to go get my kids, but they kept calling Uber and pick up orders that people weren’t even there for horrible customer service. so I spent almost $40 and had to leave without even getting my food because no one to talk to to get a refund. They were too busy on their phones.
Every time I order from here through ubereats or Postmates not only do they get 100% of the order wrong, the food that they give you is ice cold and also not even wrapped properly so when you get it everything is spilled into the bottom of the bag.Food: 1/5
This Taco Bell is doing better now in 2022, but from 2015ish-2020 they did not have an operating phone which was super strange. They used to get my order wrong extremely often, just for me to only find out when I get home. THAT BEING SAID, the service is exceptional now and they get more order wrong infrequently.
I don't like rating fast food joints poorly because it is unfair to have high expectations of them, but this Taco Bell has messed up my order every time I've went there since October. Now and again my wife will ask me to grab Taco Bell on the way home from work, and in their defense we do order a fair amount of stuff, but the order has not been correct once, there was always at least one thing missing that I paid for. It is too far of a drive to have it corrected so I just turn the shower on cold and sit in there and scream, which helps. The little Cinnabon balls are good. 3 stars
