El Bajio

My girlfriend and I shared the nachos, and we were not disappointed. We loved the fact that we could hear the cook in the back singing to the music as he was making customer's dinners. The owner took our order and let us practice our limited (I did say limited, right?) Spanish. He later took us around both the inside and outside of his restaurant and explained his new murals and paint job. He was awesome. We will be back again!

Excellent food. Salsa was very good. Not as much focus on beans and cheese make it great. Fajita salad and chicken dishes are very good. But what astonished is the great mural art inside and out. Good drinks as well.

Freindly staff. BUT worst Mexican food I have ever had and I've had a lot of Mexican food. It's my favorite. Stale hard tacos, chips and a tostada. The owners daughter was running around bare foot. HELLO...The state of Oregon can't shut this out place down fast enough! Should have went to Safeway across the street.
