What a gem of a place, the menu is inventive with out being fussy. The salad I had was excellent, my husband really liked the Dijon chicken sandwich and I stole his side corn cake after one bite. I wish I could get an organic, locally sourced meal like this is Salem. The value was great, really reasonable considering the ingredients and effort. Kathy is a very lovely, intelligent proprietor, we were delighted to have met her and lunch  in her cozy establishment. Thanks for having good music and atmosphere. We will be back.

Super friendly staff. Good music on the radio. Home cooked and delicious. It feels like that neighborhood place I've been to for a long time.

I've been here several days in a row while on vacation in Joseph and have yet to be disappointed.  The coffee and food are both excellent.  Even when they were obviously short-handed, the employees worked quickly and maintained a friendly attitude.  Also, the wifi has been rock-solid.  I will keep coming back!
