This is one of our favorite places. We always eat at Embers at least once on every visit to Joseph. They have really great burgers (my favorite being the Whiskey River Burger) and excellent pizza (my favorite being the Carnivore). They also have a good and ever-changing, selection of craft beers and ciders on tap (17 at any given time I think). The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and efficient. We look forward to our next visit!

Favorite, favorite, favorite...best place to eat when I'm in town. My favorite is the fish and chips with an amazing variety of brews. Not sure how many cocktails they have but I wouldn't doubt they would be great too. I love everything about this place....even the price. And I don't say this lightly..... FAVORITE

A two is being nice and attributed to the fact that the wait staff, not ours, was on top of it. It took 15 minutes to take our drink order. She was rude and un friendly. We had to flag other staff down after long waits with empty drinks. We cleaned our own table of empty glasses and appetizer left overs. We got a pitcher of water and plastic cups, no ice, and others around us had ice water and real cups. I've never had such bad service.. and our bill was 108.00 not like we were just drinking water. The food was not special either. I wouldn't waste your time here.

Amazing food... and great service! Definitely my favorite place to eat in Joseph Oregon!

The food was awesome. Foot of onion rings were the best I have ever had. That being said, don't know if I would return due to service. The guy that waited on us was slow and displayed an I don't care about tourists attitude. Spent most of his time talking with other tables who were obviously locals. Really glad it was not a busy time or would have never seen him. Had to ask for refills on our drinks. Not a good server
