Don't be put off by Eglinton LRT line chaos frustrating surface route access to the station. This station is architecturally important. Beautiful lines sitting atop the terminal end of the Allen Road Expressway. Note the living roof atop the train passenger platforms.
Good connectivity .The Station is on Toronto Transit line. Connected to Twitter handles @TTChelps. However the directions on platform are rather misleading. Also the Northbound trains do not share the end terminal stations . The announcement is always about Lines- and not destinations. No cafe, no kiosk on this station. The good news is that one has to not wait for two hours to get on the rails .
I like Eglinton West Station and exited for line 5 to open here, however please don’t switch Eglinton West To Cedarvale, just because the station is turning into a interchange station doesn’t mean you have too switch the name of the station
