Edwards Tim & Associates Ps

Tim Edwards was our mediator for a parenting plan revision and he seemed friendly and honest at the time. The one thing I asked for that I was not willing to nagotiate on was having my children for two consecutive weeks for a vacation over the summer. My mother is very sick and my sisters are moving out of state so this is the last vacation we will likely have together. I read and reread the agreement about this detail and asked Tim to clarify it and then confirm that I would be able to have my children for the two weeks during the summer and he DID absolutely and clearly confirm this point...and so I signed. Now my ex husband is arguing that the parenting plan does not allow this. I called Tim Edwards to, once again, be sure I had understood correctly before I had signed but he would not speak to me and I was only advised to get an attorney. I was so flexible over so many points and to have this one small detail that I requested be the thing that was overlooked or even lied about so I would sign the agreement is devastating. My only advise for single moms who can't afford an attorney and are trying to navigate this hell by themselves is to not trust anyone. It's sad but unless you have money no one is here to help and lying is just part of the job. They will say and do whatever it takes to get you to sign what they need you to sign in order to get paid, you and your children's lives mean nothing. This is obviously true at Tim Edwards Law Office.

They are a great firm. They truly care about their clients and work very hard for you. Every person there is very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Then literally Hold Your Hand.

Tim Edwards and his office brilliantly handled and successfully executed a complex and quite nasty custody battle for me. The process was quite difficult for me, however, Tim and his associates made sure I was not only taken care of legally but mentally and emotionally. They really do care about their clients all around and I thank God for bringing me to his office. I firmly believe I would not have my child if I didn't. Thank you!!!

This guy took me for about $10000 in a case that I was paying child support for kids that lived with me. When he saw who judge was he was such a coward and wanted to just settle. I see people actually sitting in front of his office holding signs telling what a crook he is. Look elsewhere!!!
