I have to say that I couldn't have asked for a better attorney for my son. I shopped around and when other attorneys learned that I had met with Mr. Healy all they could say is "he is an awesome attorney." I am so grateful for his honesty and hard work. Mr.Healy is very Smart ,confidence,knowledgeable,professional, last year i got charged with two criminal charges .was very stressful specially I am not a US citizen and it was a very big chance that I will be deported and my kids will never see me again, I met with two different Famous Lawyers before i meet with Mr.Healy both of them asked me for the double amount of fees and both of them told me my chances are very low ,i met with Mr.Healy in his office and with Confidence he told me he can win ,I felt with Mr. Healy that he cares and he understand what is the circumstances and how important to win and there is No other choice. he start working in my case and in one of the hearing the persecutor surprised me and Mr.Healy by allegation for violating the no contact order we didn't know anything about this allegation until we were in the courtroom and the persecutor wanted to put me in jail in that day, Mr. Healy know very well that i can’t go to the jail even for one hour because i will be deported ,it was Amazing to see How Mr.Healy react under the surprise situation, he looked at the evidence the persecutor have against me and he asked for few mints,Mr .Healy sat beside me and start writing on his note pads and drawing his lines,i was so scared he looked at me and said don’t worry you will go home today No jail (CONFIDENCE) he stood up and fought hard to keep me out of jail and to keep me around my children and he WIN!!! IN THAT DAY, back again the the main two charges the prosecutor wanted me to plead Guilty to a ridiculous offer, and for one full year the prosecutor refused to give me any other offers, it become no other choice but to go to the Trail ,Mr. Healy prepared for the Trail and send his Discovery to the prosecutor office, once the prosecutor saw Mr.Healy 300 pages of discovery he Dismissed one of the charges and lower the second charge and Mr. Healy made sure the Language in the charge will not affect me at all and I will not go to Jail. Wonderful results. On the personal side Mr. Healy very humble person ,he cares about your life ,he is honest and organized he worth each and every penny even more,English is my second Language Mr.Heally made sure to speak very clear and explain every details to me ,And his assistance Dian sound very professional and knowledgeable …Dear Mr. Healy THANK YOU VERY MUCH I felt safe standing beside you in the court room :).

Mr. Healy is very detail-oriented, and very proactive. I was very comfortable talking to him. The result was he gave me peace of mind, and gave me my life back. My case was resolved by a diversion agreement, very quickly. He's an extraordinary attorney. I would recommend him to anyone to get their problems resolved.

Timothy Healy is always on top of his cases. He is a winner, and very trustworthy. I was accused of and charged with four Class A felony counts, which were false allegations. Timothy was able to get the charges dismissed. He is a wonderful lawyer, and he has his clients' best interests at heart. I would definitely use Timothy again.
