Cindy is a very professional lawyer with empath. She understood my case very well and what I need without I even tell her. We always in the same page on discussing the case and make the strategic. After my ex got a restraining order against me deliberately timed to ruin my vacation with my son, I found attorney Cindy Wysocki. Immediately upon meeting Cindy, I felt comforted. She had a sympathetic and compassionate ear and truly listened to me. My ex is very deviant and takes low road tactics. Even when I wanted to take a low road tactic to beat my ex at her own game, Cindy refused. If you want a bulldog who attacks people for no reason, she’s not the lawyer for you. Cindy is honest, clear, and direct. She has a great sense of humor. Under the most hostile circumstances, she always held her ground, stayed present, and maintained her dignity. Cindy researches thoroughly, knows the law and argues convincingly. She is a commanding writer and very effective in court. She maintains great working relationships with mediators, GALs and others in the legal community and leverages those relationships to benefit her clients. Considering the quality of her work, Cindy was extraordinarily fair in billing. She took really good care of me and my future. Thanks to Cindy, my ex is no longer a threat. I worked with Cindy for three years. She consistently achieved successful outcomes inside and outside of court. Prior to that, I worked with a lawyer who made me feel like the bad guy. She belittled me, made me second guess myself, and made me feel that I had to give up more than I should have. She billed aggressively and I was never convinced she was actually on my side. I thought the legal system didn’t work. Turns out my lawyer didn’t know how to work it. Now, every day is better for me because of the work Cindy did. I’m very thankful Cindy accepted me as her client.
