Retained Daniel Smith to help organize and strategize a number of personal matters that were complex and had many known & unknown 'moving parts'. After our initial meetings there was one key piece of advice which I acted on immediately that, in the end, was literally a financial lifesaver. It only got better after that as his strategy and guidance in these matters was not only done with deft speed, but precision and accuracy in how the entire affair played out. Highly recommended and held dear to this day.

Daniel was extremely helpful with our situation, which was by no means an easy case. We worked together as he walked us through each step of a very long and trying process. Through Daniel's diligence and professionalism, we came out with what we consider a win with our case. We are very pleased with Daniel and his staff who were always willing to help us with answers to our questions and patiently walking us through our frustrations. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs an attorney who is well respected by the court system.
