Edoko Japanese Steak House

Soup is too salty. Teppanyaki use same sauce on every dish regardless they are beef, seafood or vegetables. Scallop has no taste. Only beef is acceptable. Salt, pepper and white wine should be good enough for the seafood. Not the unknown sauce.

It is always a pleasure here. Our chef wasn't the best but it didn't take away from the experience. Social distancing measures were respected

Don't know about dinner, but really can't recommend it for lunch. My dish was a kind of a soggy, salty mush served with overcooked rice. I get the sense this might've once been a pretty excellent restaurant, but at least based on my one trip, I suspect its era is long behind it.

My first time to have some Japanese teppanyaki. It’s very interesting! But I told the guy we would like medium steak, finally it tasted fully cooked. But not bad anyway.

My favourite steak house in Ottawa. The chef’s are always wonderful and make a great performance. Your meal is always cooked to perfection.
