Amazing! The savoury scone is my fav, then their cinnamon bun (they have a gf one to!). Can't wait to try one of their custom cakes!

Super friendly service and great tasting cake for gluten-free or sugar-free. My husbands birthday was yesterday and I needed a bakery to make a low carb cake sugar free....not many places know how to do that or will do that. Trust me, I called many places. I luckily found this place and they were able to make the cake for us with about 24 hours notice! Amazing! I am a strong believer that a person should celebrate their birthday with a dessert and since we are restricted in what we can have, this was perfect. I am so glad we were able to find this place for cake and they did such a terrific job and it looked beautiful! Even the people who were not on restricted diets wanted to try and everyone said that it was good considering it had no sugar!. My husband really liked the cake and said it was good tasting and moist. If you have a restricted diet,whether it’s gluten free, vegan, low carb(ish), diabetes or other health issues, this is a great place! If you or a loved one can’t have sugar, the people here are so nice and accommodating and your loved one can have cake at a reasonable price! Thank you so much! It smelled wonderful in there and we will come back :)

DELICIOUS vegan cinnamon buns and the dairy free sundried tomato, spinach & cheese bun was so yummy!! Definitely coming back next time i'm in Van!

We ordered our 6yr old's Birthday cake from Edible Flours and it was amazing. Phil was so accommodating with our order and it was a hit with the kids and adults. Our cake was a double layer chocolate cake with vanilla coconut icing. Absolutely delicious! We needed a dairy and soy free cake and this did NOT disappoint! I will definitely be back for my own Birthday cake! Thank you Edible Flours!

From the beginning, Edible Flours was a pleasure! Even with my 20+ emails and requests for the cake for my best friends surprise bridal shower, they were helpful all the way through. The end result was nothing short of amazing! Definitely will be telling all my friends about Edible Flours and this is not the last time they'll be receiving 20 annoying emails from me 🙂
