Best croissants in the city hands down!!! Be prepared to wait a bit and most probably take everything to go because this is a tiny, tiny shop... But they have outside seating and the park across the street is a perfect place to enjoy your coffee break. The French pastries are amazing, their crusts are always unbelievably flaky. Coffee is great too - Definitely in my top 5 best coffee in Van!

I've tried plenty of pastries around the world, but the pastries that I enjoyed at Beaucoup Bakery were of the most memorable. The crispy shell can be easily found elsewhere, but not the well-rounded moisture profile of the inner layers. I got the almond croissant, cinnamon scroll, and gingerbread financier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to satiate their sweet tooths, replenish after a sunny day around Granville, or simply looking to enjoy the rainy afternoon.

Very nice place for a croissant for breakfast with a cup of coffee or desert with a coffee or tea. It's very busy and small place so you won't able to find a table sometime. Try butter croissant! You will love it!!!

You must try the peanut butter sandwich cookie. It will brighten even the darkest day. Everything here is of the highest quality. Yum.

Most delicious and authentic frensh pastry! Everything is amazing but my personal favorite is the chocolate croissant! Together with a very well made delicious coffee ( I usually get a cappuccino) it's awesome. It's very small but even on a busy day it's worth it to wait a little longer!
