I will NEVER order here again. I ordered an arrangement on Feb 3rd, 2023 for a delivery date of Feb 13th, 2023. My order was $207.42 worth. The order was for my 84 year old great aunt who lives in a condo around the corner. I check my order on Feb 13th and it claims that the order was still being put together. I call this morning at 8am, Feb 14th, the woman says that the recipient wasn’t home yesterday. Meanwhile my 84 year old great aunt was home. I tell the woman that the order online says it’s still being put together and then she claimed that delivery was never attempted the day before. Here we are today, driver comes at 6:45pm doesn’t even give my aunt enough time to buzz him in. He drives away. She books it downstairs to try and catch him with her walker. She doesn’t and she calls the store. They then claim that the delivery will be there before 8pm. So now my aunt is sitting in the lobby of her condo from 6:45pm - 8:00pm. She has asked me never to order her something again because it was very stressful for her. The store manager has offered a full refund which I have accepted. But the embarassment and stress it has caused my great aunt is absolutely disappointing.  Here I am editing my review. It’s 8:53pm, the store manager claimed the delivery guy would be there before 8:00pm and my great aunt has just confirmed that the driver has arrived. He told her he called her landline 4 times and she didn’t pick up. First off, I never gave edible arrangements her landline, they have her cell number. Secondly, she was sitting in the lobby with her cell phone in hand texting my mom and I. . I’m disgusted. Absolutely disgusted. If I didn’t live in Toronto I would have gone over there and delivered it myself. Not enough words to describe how I feel right now. Your store should be embarassed of yourselves. The kicker, the driver told her he’s a perfectionist and does his job well.. I laugh. Time for a performance review.

Choc strawberry arrangement very underwhelming for V day. Strawberries were tasteless. Add hefty delivery charge$19.00 left this customer with a bad taste.

Very friendly staff! The person at the counter made my order quickly even though it was close to closing time. Will come back for sure!

I called Barrie from Ottawa and had a birthday  Edible Arrangement sent to my ex-husband!  It arrived safe and sound and he was very surprised and happy!  Thank you for your home delivery service!!  Happy Ex-wife and will do this again!

Ordered a beautiful sympathy arrangement from this location on Bank Street. The recipients were thrilled. Although I ordered online, I was able to talk to Jeff and he helped me through a number of questions I had like what size to order, etc. Everything we decided was perfect and delivered as request. Love the idea of sending people fruit arrangements as they are both pretty and useful. The arrangement looked great and the fruit was good if you eat it right away but we did have a little bit of trouble with delivery and it was only a couple blocks away...

Impeccable first experience! I placed an order for a friend's birthday the evening before, thinking that it would be delivered the next day in the evening as I placed it quite late in the day. The next day she received it without issues before 12pm, and I've had trouble before with gift delivery to high density apartment units. Thanks to the team for helping me make my friend's birthday special even during a lockdown this review is a bit late, I placed the order 3 weeks ago!

This store is centrally-located. The staff is absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had a coupon for a box of 12 chocolate-covered fruit that was not working via telephone. The lady I was speaking with over the phone stated that she would get the owner/manager to contact me once he arrived at the shop. The owner called me, without delay, to rectify the issue. He applied the coupon code to my order and prepared my order despite the store closing in the next 40 minutes. The chocolate-covered strawberries were deliciously-plump and juicy. Indeed, this made my birthday month one to certainly remember. Fantastic customer service! An A+ job. Thank you.
