Edgemont City Asian Cusine

This place is very close to my parents so we enjoy the convenience. We often come for dim sum. It's a bit more expensive than other places but the quality of the food is still good. We enjoy every dish we order and the portions are plentiful. The shanghai noodles arent super great however see picture There are better dim sum locations but if you're nearby then I would recommend a visit.

Love coming here! My kiddo loves the dim sum and they have good sized portions. We’ve come here a few times for dinner and the deep fried prawn balls are huge!

Came here for a birthday dinner. We ordered a variety of food instead of the set menu. The first couple of dishes - beef noodles, shrimp balls, jelly fish chicken was bland. We’re used to having bold flavour from places like TPot so the food here fell short. The rest of the food was subpar. Service was better than TPot for sure. I asked my wife if she preferred good food or good service and we both agree on good food. Overall, this place was average for us.

We went there for dim sum on Tuesday around 12;30. The place is quite full with only couple of empty tables. The dim sum were good and huge portions. However, the service is fairly slow. I can only see 3 people working on the front serving. All in all, I still enjoy the visitFood: 4/5

This restaurant is under new management was previously Edgemont City. Decent Chinese food. The prices are on the higher side, though the portions are fairly generous. The dine-in meals and options are better than the takeout for both their preparation and portions.

It was our first time having lunch here since the restaurant switched hands, and we found the dim sum to be a little below average. There were unfortunately more misses than hits with the flavours, textures, and quality of the food. The restaurant was also a bit tight with seating. Overall, I would rate the experience about 2.5 stars.

Some very good some so plans but the price very cheap compared restaurants around. Service ok not so rude because busy places.

Food was pretty good, service was quick. The restaurant got busier duing our visit, but prior to that it seemed liked the tables were bit crammed together. Person behind me kept bumping into a spare chair at my table that was pushed all the way in. Definitely will try again.

This was truly the worst restaurant experience I've ever had - do yourself a favor and don't go here. The concept of customer service is non existent at this place. In fact, if you question them, they'll yell at you and just tell you to go somewhere else. Hopefully, this review just saves you some time. Our party of 5 arrived on time for our reservation and were promptly seated. Our order 6 dishes was taken shortly after. We were served 2 dishes in the first hour. I asked the staff about our order, as surely they'd be able to get our hot and sour soup within an hour, but it was nowhere to be found. The staff said they were really busy, which I can understand. However, when I asked about when we could expect our order, one staff member yelled at me in front of the whole restaurant and told me to stop bothering her. I asked once. The staff told me "you'll be waiting this long anywhere you go". As the remainder of our food came 1.5 hours after ordering, we left. The staff told us to "go eat fast food". I can forgive being late with food, however, no attempts were made to show responsibility or accountability for the lateness. They also were incredibly rude towards us, and I don't think we were being particularly demanding. They simply don't care about their customers. I highly recommend avoiding this business at all costs.

Impartial. The service and food wasn’t as appetizing. We had a reservation for 6:30 because my elderly mother can’t stand and wait. Couldn’t be seated until 7pm. They didn’t even offer a chair during the wait. Had to take her back out to the car to sit and wait. It was raining outside. Once we got a table and settled. We ordered. Peking duck 3-course meal was amazing here and came out right away. But then it took 45 min. for the next dish to come out. The pea tendrils veggie dish we was so old and tough, we couldn’t eat it. We were glad they took it back and off the bill. The other 2-courses of our Peking duck didn’t come out for another 90 min. We couldn’t even eat it by then and had to pack it to go. We left there at 9:45pm. 3 hours and 15 min. for dinner is unacceptable.
