Very good service from site manager and maintenance department . I was impressed with the site manger she knew who I was and my suite number as soon as I entered her office

When I moved in the suite was completely clean. I have lived here for past 4 years and I love it. Everything is very close by, from schools to shopping to parks. The office staff i very friendly and easy to communicate with. I love the swimming pool and hot tub.

Nice place have gym, swimming pool, and safety place with good neighbors.

I currently live here. Its nice. Its quite. The gym, poo,l hot tub, and steam room are great. The staff are amazing. Nosehill is in your backyard. In suite laundry. Fire place. Its clean. There is literally every grocery store within 5 minutes. Wish I could buy the unit really.

I lived here before I got my house, back in 2007. Very good location, close to schools and shopping, that's why I stayed in Edgemont area. I had nothing but good experience here.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood, close to schools... If you may live in one of the 3rd floor units that enjoy a panoramic view and noise-free environment, you will have nothing to complain about.

Terrible management, the pool renovation takes from Spring end of Feb till whole summer. Now it is towards September and it is still no accessible. What is wrong with those people? The only answer is corruption.
