Great managment , great location reasonable apartments.
If you enjoy your water being shut off without notice at least a whole day day each week, then this place could be perfect for you! Unreasonably poor air ventilation/circulation. Rent always seems to go up, even in a recession. They test the fire alarms so often that nobody can take the fire alarms seriously anymore.
