Boardwalk Heights

We rented with Boardwalk for 4.5 years, 3 years of which was at Boardwalk Heights. In these three years the building had different managers but the current manager Abeba has been the best of them. The building is reasonably clean and well maintained. There are multiple bus lines in the area and it's a 10 minute walk to Banff trail train station. The units themselves come in different shapes and states of renovation so you have some choices. Ask them to install a bird net on the balcony as otherwise the pigeons will just ruin it! You have to pay a small fee but it is definitely worth it. Overall, it's been nice living in Boardwalk Heights for 3 years and I will recommend it to anyone looking for worry-free renting with good access to downtown, university, SAIT and hospitals in the area.

Boardwalk Heights is a fantastic home for students and families that want to be near UofC or Foothills. As my first home, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept it was. In the last 14 months that I have been here, I have had zero complaints and both Abeba and Alex have been so professional and helpful in all aspects of making it my home.

Very nice, homely place. Clean, fresh, quiet, building. Great, polite neighbors. Good parking space. The district is good too, close to the c train and has 3 bus stops right next to the building, which is beneficial if you don’t have a car. With the car it’s easy to get to the downtown in 20 min and the nearest supermarket is 7 min drive away. Also the Management has been amazing helping us out all the way, which I appreciate so much! I would greatly recommend joining the Boardwalk family.

Boardwalk Heights is a great place to call home! I moved here two months ago after a long struggle to find a place from my back home since I also brought with me two doggies. Alex, the manager, was super nice and prompt in helping me through the renting process. The apartment I got is renovated, really nice, very close to the University, C-Train station, bus stops, hospital and other amenities. Alex and Abby are really good and kind managers and whenever you need their assistance they are always available! The complex is nice and clean.

I have lived here for over 5 months and I have zero complaints. I wanted to take my time to give a detailed review as opposed to leaving a knee jerk first reaction. Alex is amazing and was instrumental in getting us the apartment in this building. He listened to all our conserns and made sure the apartment was ready for us before we moved in. We got a renovated apartment with a gorgeous view and I'm happy to call this place home. The few neighbours I have met are friendly and there's a fitness centre as well for those who love to keep fit. I am genuinely impressed by the Management Team. Keep up the great work!

I have been at Boardwalk Heights for almost two years. The location is perfect for students & healthcare workers and the units are very spacious. Most importantly the building managers, Alex & Abeba, and their team are amazing. They are prompt, courteous and somehow manage to remember our names whenever we come into the leasing office! The maintenance, security, and housekeeping staff are also great!

I've lived here for 2 years. Literally the best place I have ever lived. Great parking. Reasonable price. Secured property. Large rooms. Electricity included in rent. Very friendly maintenance and property management people.

Abeba is hands down the best I’ve dealt with. Moving in and out was so seamless and easy. She dealt with all my issues quickly and professionally! I really enjoyed my time at boardwalk because of her.

I have a great experience with Abeba located in Boardwalk heights office. She is always kind, responsive and helpful. Even if I live on the next door boardwalk building, she never stopped helping me.

He made my day very easy to move in since I want to move in a little earlier than what I was told. I was very happy and satisfied that he can arranged to moved in a few days earlier of my request.
